1. Introduction
Welcome to Sprintly.io, operated by Sprrintly, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, protect, and utilize your information when you engage with our design subscription services. By using Sprintly.io, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
2. Key Definitions
SERVICE: Refers to the Sprintly.io website and the design subscription fulfillment process.
PERSONAL DATA: Information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
PROJECT ASSETS: Any proprietary documentation, brand guidelines, wireframes, or creative briefs provided by the Client to facilitate the design process.
ANALYTICS DATA: Information collected automatically regarding how users interact with our website (e.g., traffic patterns and session duration).
3. Data Collection and Usage
We prioritize data minimization, collecting only what is essential to deliver high-quality design work and maintain your account.
A. Identity and Financial Information
To manage your subscription, we collect:
Contact Info: Full name, corporate email address, and company name.
Billing Details: We utilize Wise for all financial transactions. Sprintly.io does not store your credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers; these are handled entirely by Stripe’s secure infrastructure.
B. Project Assets and Intellectual Property
To fulfill design requests, we ingest "Project Assets" which may include confidential business strategies:
Submission Channels: Assets are typically collected via Slack, Figma, or shared cloud folders.
Communication Media: We may collect video or audio feedback (via tools like Loom or Komodo) to clarify design directions. This data is used exclusively for project execution.
C. Website Monitoring
While we avoid intrusive tracking, we use modern analytics tools (such as RB2B or PostHog) to understand visitor intent and improve our site’s user experience. These tools may capture your IP address and browsing behavior on our domain.
4. Portfolio Rights and Public Disclosure
By default, Sprintly.io celebrates the work we do for our clients.
Public Display: Unless a formal exception is made, you grant Sprintly.io a royalty-free, worldwide license to showcase completed designs and project outcomes in our digital portfolio, social media, and marketing case studies.
The "Silence" Clause (Opt-Out): If your project is sensitive or subject to a third-party NDA, you must notify us in writing at legal@sprrintly.io before the project begins. Upon confirmation, we will mark your account as "Private" and exclude your assets from all promotional materials.
5. Third-Party Data Integrations
Our workflow relies on industry-standard third-party processors. Your data may be processed by:
Communication: Slack Technologies, Inc.
Design/Collaboration: Figma, Inc.
Payments: Stripe, Inc.
Video Feedback: Loom, Inc.
We do not sell your personal data to third-party data brokers. We only share information when necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.
6. Security Standards
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your Project Assets and Personal Data. However, because our workflow relies on third-party cloud integrations (Slack, Figma, etc.), your data security is also subject to the security protocols of those respective platforms. Sprintly.io cannot guarantee "absolute" security for data transmitted over the internet.
7. Global Data Transfers
As our design team operates primarily out of Sri Lanka, your data may be transferred to and processed in a jurisdiction outside of your home country. We ensure all team members adhere to internal confidentiality standards.
